Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collections, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-sized frames (including special order float frames)
  • Personalized decorative medallions
  • Made-to-order collage picture frames
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package carefully – Use original packaging to prevent damage during transit

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or style of the same item):

  3. We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Additional charges may apply for price differences in exchanged items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your framed art, mirror set, or other item arrives damaged:

  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
